Shipping
Orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number.

Return Policy
We hope you are very happy with all of your purchases from Glow Girl Curated Goods. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@glowgirlshop.com to work out a replacement or exchange.
Our products are designed and manufactured with great care. We want you to be happy with your purchase. New and unused items that have not been opened may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of the date shipped. All returned/exchanged items must be kept in their original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns/refunds will be granted after 14 days from the date of shipping. In the event that Glow Girl Shop makes an order error we will replace product and ship via a ground service of our choosing. Product that is found to have defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship is eligible for replacement. To return or exchange item(s) purchased through glowgirlshop.com, contact us at hello@glowgirlshop.com. Glow Girl Shop is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the items are damaged in the mail.
